1. Who we are

Presidenzo Pvt Ltd (“Presidenzo”, “we”) is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data collected through presidenzo.com. Our registered project address is Vadayapparambu, Peppathy, Ernakulam District, Kerala. You can reach us at info@presidenzo.com or +91 94004 49611.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you give us through the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, city, an optional preferred block and an optional message. We do not collect financial information through this website, and we do not operate a payment or booking flow here.

Our servers record standard technical information — IP address, timestamp and request path — for security and rate limiting. We use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions; it is not used to profile you.

3. Your consent

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), we process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent box on the enquiry form. That consent is free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous, and it is given by a clear affirmative action. We ask for it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry about residency at Presidenzo and to send you the information you requested.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@presidenzo.com. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew, and we will stop further processing and erase your data unless we are required by law to retain it.

4. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send the information brochure.
• To arrange and follow up a conversation or a site visit.
• To keep a record of the enquiry and of the consent you gave.
• To protect the website against automated abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it for automated decision-making.

5. Who processes it for us

We use service providers as Data Processors — website hosting, email delivery and our internal customer records system. They act only on our instructions, under contract, and may not use your data for their own purposes.

6. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows from it. Where an enquiry does not proceed, we erase the data within twenty-four months of our last contact with you, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
• Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, updated or completed.
• Have your data erased where it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
• Have a grievance addressed by us before approaching the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise any of these, write to info@presidenzo.com. We will respond within the period prescribed by law.

8. Grievance redressal

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data or your request, contact our grievance officer at info@presidenzo.com, marking your message “DPDP grievance”. If your grievance is not resolved, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Security

We apply reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data against breach, including encrypted transport, access control and limits on who can read enquiry records. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the DPDP Act requires.

10. Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children, and we do not undertake tracking or targeted advertising directed at children.

11. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and the location diagram is a static drawing rather than an embedded third-party map, so viewing this site does not hand your visit to a mapping provider.
