Presidenzo Legendary Living is being built on five acres at Peppathy, Ernakulam, as a privately owned, for-profit retirement community.
What we are building
Retirement housing in India tends to arrive in one of two shapes: an apartment with a panic button, or a nursing home. Presidenzo is neither. It is a residential community with real medical infrastructure on site — a resident doctor, resident physiotherapy, an ambulance at the gate and a nurse-call point in every room.
The second thing that matters is the cost structure. A residency here is funded by a single payment, and there is no recurring monthly maintenance charge. The long-term cost commitments are set out in full in the residency agreement, which we share with every serious enquiry before anything is signed.
The company
The project is owned and developed by Presidenzo Pvt Ltd, a private limited company registered in India. It is a commercial development, funded and operated as one.
The project is not yet registered under the Kerala Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act. Until that registration is granted we are not inviting or accepting any booking, allotment or payment, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer.
How we talk about it
We publish what is decided and we say when something is not. Where a partner is not yet contracted, we describe the role rather than naming a company. Where an appointment is not confirmed, the seat says so. Renderings and plans are labelled as indicative, because that is what they are until approvals are in hand.
