Overview

Why Presidenzo

The short version, for anyone weighing this up on behalf of a parent.

  • One payment, then no monthly fee

Your residency is funded by a one-time payment. There is no recurring monthly maintenance charge. Long-term cost commitments are set out in full in the residency agreement.

  • Medicine on site, not on call

A resident geriatrician, two physiotherapists, diagnostics and pharmacy support, an ambulance stationed at the campus and a nurse-call point in every room.

  • Somebody handles the paperwork

A care coordinator manages every hospital admission and every claim end to end — the job that otherwise falls to a son or daughter in another city.

  • Low-rise, and mostly open

Two blocks of four floors over ground on five acres, with more than four of those acres kept as garden, water and walking ground.

A covered walkway in traditional Kerala style, timber rafters over a stone floor and low laterite wall.

What we will not put on a website

We do not publish the price here, and we do not publish the financial structure behind it. Both are real questions and both deserve a real answer — given to you directly, with the residency agreement in front of you and time to take advice, rather than as a headline number on a marketing page.

We also do not name partner hospitals we have not signed, or board members we have not appointed. Where something is not yet settled, this site says so.

Pricing is shared privately with qualified enquirers, together with the full residency agreement.
